Common use of TREE TRIMMING Clause in Contracts

TREE TRIMMING. Subject to acquiring prior written permission of the City, the Grantee shall have the authority to trim trees that overhang a public right-of-way of the City so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with its Cable System, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations and current, accepted professional tree trimming practices.
