Common use of TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES. 1.01 Effective June 1st, 2004, work zones shall extend to a radius of 100 kms. from Xxxxxxxx Avenue and Yonge Street. This area will be made up of eight (8) zones, each radiating from Xxxxxxxx Avenue and Yonge Street, and shall be paid for at the following rates, regardless of the residence of the Employee: XXXX 0 0 - 00 xx $2.50 daily XXXX 0 00 - 00 xx $3.00 daily XXXX 0 00 - 00 xx $4.00 daily XXXX 0 00 - 00 xx $5.00 daily XXXX 0 00 - 00 xx $6.00 daily XXXX 0 00 – 00 xx $13.00 daily XXXX 0 00 – 00 xx $20.00 daily XXXX 0 00 – 000 xx $28.00 daily In the area 0 - 8 km. radiating from Xxxxxxxx Avenue and Yonge Street, Employees will continue to be paid for parking the first day and last day on the job, provided a parking receipt is submitted.
