Training Manuals. Licensee may modify only those portions of the Documentation consisting of the Primus Software training manuals, by modifying Primus' generic content standard and process documents as necessary to meet Licensee's internal training needs, provided however, that Primus shall retain and Licensee hereby assigns to Primus all and any ownership rights in and to all such modifications, and provided further, that such modifications shall be deemed to be Documentation under this Agreement, to the effect that Licensee has the same rights to use the modifications as apply to the rest of the Documentation.

Training Manuals. Training manuals provided by the Contractor shall include instructor guides and corresponding student guides. The instructor guide is the central reference point for instructors providing solution training. This guide mirrors the student guide. It contains the entire student guide on one side of the book with the applicable instructor notes on the facing pages. The student guide is the book that the students work with throughout a class. Participants keep their student guides and may take notes in them.

Training Manuals. This includes time for creation of the site/user manual, creation of internal and external training materials, creation of study specific procedures and for Help Desk training. LANGUAGE MANAGEMENT This includes time for the handling of the vox (voice) files to prepare for translation and recording, managing the process, uploading the files in to the system and QC of the process. INVESTIGATOR MEETING This includes 4 hours of meeting preparation time, 12 hours of travel time and 12 hours on-site time for all ICON Interactive Technologies personnel in attendance at the investigator meeting. This does not include travel expenses. Additional time on-site will be billed in hourly increments at the hourly rates of the ICON personnel in attendance. This section includes costs for two meetings, one investigator meeting and one face-to-face kick off meeting.

Training Manuals. The Architect shall obtaining the training manuals for operation and maintenance of the relevant portion of the Work from the Contractor, subcontractors and materialmen on an MDC Project. The Architect shall not certify final payment until such manuals have been furnished by Contractor.
Training Manuals. Contractor shall supply two hard copies of any and all training manuals. In addition to the two hard copies, the manuals shall be provided electronically in either a Microsoft-based document or PDF format. Authority shall have the right to print unlimited copies of the manuals for internal future training and support of the service.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article.
