Common use of This Amendment Clause in Contracts

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender and each Credit Party and (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Lenders.

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) from the Borrower, Holdings, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative AgentAmendment, the Swingline Lender executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each Credit Party and (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Lenderssuch Person.

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) this Amendment executed and delivered by a duly executed counterpart authorized officer of this Amendment from the Borrower, Holdings, the Administrative Agent, Agent and the Swingline Lender and each Credit Party and (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Required Lenders.

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender Agent and each Credit Party and (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Lenders.

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart counterparts of this Amendment from duly executed by each of the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender Agent and each Credit Party and (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Lenders constituting Required Lenders.

This Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender Agent and each Credit Party and Party, (2) the necessary Authorizations from the Required Lenders, (3) Authorizations from Lenders constituting more than 50% of each of (i) the Revolving-1 Committed Amount, (ii) the outstanding Tranche A-1 Term Loan and (iii) the outstanding Tranche B-1 Term Loans, and (4) Authorizations from each of the Lenders with a Tranche C Term Loan Commitment.
