Thermal Insulation. The calculated average 'U' value for external walls, floor and roof excluding any door and window shall comply with the Building Regulations Part L2A.

Thermal Insulation. Tenant may install, as part of its Initial Alterations or otherwise, insulation in the Premises on the inside of the exterior walls and windows, subject to applicable Legal Requirements and Landlord’s review and approval of plans, equipment, methods and materials, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, except to the extent such installations would be visible from outside of the Premises, in which event Landlord’s approval may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.
