Common use of The Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

The Warrant Certificates. (a) Upon issuance, each Warrant Certificate shall evidence one or more Warrants, and shall be exercisable in whole or in part. The Warrant Certificates shall be in registered form only and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Warrant Certificates shall be dated the date on which they are countersigned by the Company and may have such legends and endorsements typed, stamped, printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as the Company may deem appropriate and as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Warrant Agreement, or as may be required to comply with applicable federal and state securities laws, and the rules or regulations promulgated thereunder, and any rule or regulation of any securities exchange on which the Warrants may be listed.
