Common use of The Series of Securities Clause in Contracts

The Series of Securities. SECTION 2.01 The Title of the Securities. There shall be a series of Securities designated the "7% Senior Notes due 2018" (the "Notes"). The Notes shall be executed, authenticated and delivered in accordance with the provisions of, and shall in all respects be subject to, the terms, conditions and covenants of the Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture (including the form of Note set forth as Exhibit A hereto).
