Common use of The Register Clause in Contracts

The Register. The Agent shall maintain a copy of each Assignment Agreement delivered to it and a register or similar list (the "Register") for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Banks and the Commitment Percentages of, and principal amount of the Loans owing to, each Bank from time to time. The entries in the Register shall be conclusive, in the absence of manifest error, with respect to such information, and the Borrower, the Agent and the Banks may treat each financial institution whose name is recorded in the Register as the owner of the Loan recorded therein for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower or any Bank at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Register. The Administrative Agent shall maintain at its address referred to in Section 11.02 a copy of each Assignment Agreement and Acceptance delivered to and accepted by it and a register or similar list (the "Register") for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Banks and the Commitment Percentages Commitments of, and principal amount of the Loans Advances owing to, each Bank from time to timetime (the “Register”). The entries in the Register shall be conclusiveconclusive and binding for all purposes, in the absence of absent manifest error, with respect to such information, and the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Banks may treat each financial institution Person whose name is recorded in the Register as the owner of the Loan recorded therein a Bank hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower or any Bank at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower Borrower, the Guarantor, or any Bank at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

The entries in the Register shall be conclusiveconclusive and binding for all purposes, in the absence of absent manifest error, with respect to such information, and the BorrowerBorrowers, the Agent and the Banks Lenders may treat each financial institution Person whose name is recorded in the Register as the owner of the Loan recorded therein a Lender hereunder for all purposes of this Agreement. The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower Borrowers or any Bank Lender at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
