The OP Agreement. (c) At the Closing and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the Operating Partnership will accept the contributions made by or on behalf of the Opportunity Partnerships and Equity Office by executing, acknowledging and delivering each of the foregoing documents requiring its signature and shall prepare Exhibit A to the OP Agreement in order to reflect the issuance of Units in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
