Common use of The Manual Clause in Contracts

The Manual. Licensee acknowledges the receipt of a current Homewood Suites Standards Manual ("MANUAL"). The Manual contains, among other matters, minimum standards and requirements for constructing, equipping, furnishing, supplying, operating, maintaining and marketing the Hotel. Licensor shall have the right to change the Manual from time to time and Licensee agrees to abide by the Manual as changed. The Manual shall at all times remain the sole property of Licensor. Licensee shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the Manual. Licensee shall not make or distribute copies of the Manual or any portion thereof.
