THE ENTRY PROCESS. To go in the draw to win, the entrant is required to sign up to the Royal Melbourne Show e-newsletter. One winner will be selected at random and notified via email, and will be required to respond with their email and postal address details. The winner’s First Name and Last Initial may be shared to announce the winner on Royal Melbourne Show social pages. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Tesla will then submit to you the order and the Purchase Agreement for your review. If you wish to proceed and purchase the Model X, you must sign and return the Purchase Agreement together with any amounts that are then required to be paid. Production of your Model X will then be commenced and your deposit payable under the Purchase Agreement will be held by Tesla as a non-refundable deposit (to the extent permitted by applicable law). At the time you enter into the Purchase Agreement, you may, at your sole option, notify us that you would like to take your Reservation Payment and apply it to your deposit. These procedures may be subject to change.
