Common use of The Credit Facilities Clause in Contracts

The Credit Facilities. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Bank agrees to make available to the Borrower, with effect from the Commencement Date, Short Term Loans and On Call Credits in a total and aggregate principal amount of NIS 700,000,000 (seven hundred million New Israeli Shekels). Simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement the Borrower is signing the On Call Documents in the form of Schedule "A”. It is hereby clarified, that the terms and provisions set out in the On Call Documents are supplementary to the terms and provisions set out in this Agreement. Furthermore, it is hereby clarified that in case of contradiction between the terms and provisions of the On Call Documents and the terms and provisions of this Agreement - the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. In any other case, the terms and provisions set out in the On Call Documents will be supplementary to the terms and provisions set out in this Agreement.
