The Compensation Plan. 9.1 The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate an amount as detailed in Schedule 1 for trades executed in Customer Accounts introduced by the affiliate. The company will pay such fees to the Affiliate as agreed in Schedule 1, after deducting any amount payable to the Company under this agreement.

  • Deferred Compensation Plan Manager shall be eligible to participate in the First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Plan.

Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees.   • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Incentive Compensation During the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Committee, in its sole discretion, from time to time. For the Company’s 2017 fiscal year, Executive’s target annual incentive compensation shall be 45% of Executive’s Base Salary, and will be awarded based on the objective and/or subjective criteria established and approved by the Board or the Committee, as applicable. The Board or Committee shall have the sole discretion to determine whether Executive has earned any bonus and, if so, the amount of such bonus.
