The Company Property. Executive represents and warrants that he has complied with Section 7(b) of the Employment Agreement and he has returned to the Company all property in his possession, custody or control belonging to the Company, its affiliates or subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, all equipment, computers, pass codes, keys, swipe cards, credit cards, documents or other materials, in whatever form or format, that Executive received, prepared, or helped prepare. Executive represents that Executive has not retained any copies, duplicates, reproductions, computer disks, or excerpts thereof, whether in hard copy or electronic form, of the Company’s, its affiliates’ or subsidiaries’ documents.
