Common use of The Allottee Clause in Contracts

The Allottee. s shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Developer and thereafter the Association of Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by Association of Allottee/s. The Allottee/s shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

The Allottee. s (s) shall plan and distribute its electrical electric load in conformity with the electrical electric systems installed by the Developer Promoter and thereafter the Owners Association of Allottee/s and/or maintenance agency appointed by Association of Allottee/s. the Owners Association. The Allottee/s Allottee(s) shall be solely responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.
