Common use of Terms of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Terms of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the terms of this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information of both Parties, and thus may be disclosed only as permitted by Section 5.5. Each Party agrees not to issue any press release or public statement disclosing information relating to this Agreement or the terms hereof without the prior written consent of the other Party not to be unreasonably withheld.

Terms of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the terms of this Agreement and all of the respective terms thereof shall be treated as deemed to be Confidential Information of both Parties, and thus may be disclosed only as permitted by Section 5.5. Each Except as required by Law, each Party agrees not to issue any press release or public statement disclosing information relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or the terms hereof without the prior written consent of the other Party not to be unreasonably withheld., conditioned or delayed. The Parties have agreed on an initial press release with respect to their execution of this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit K.
