Termination for Violation. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Transportation Provider Subcontract, Broker may terminate such Subcontract, immediately upon written notice, if the Broker determines, in its sole discretion, that the Transportation Provider has violated any material term in this Section 9 or any material term of the Transportation Provider Subcontract pertaining to the security or privacy of PI.
Termination for Violation. Each employee agrees that he will not, under any circumstances or for any reason, including sympathy for or support of other employees or Unions, engage in a strike during the term of this Agreement. It is agreed that any violation of this Article will be grounds for discharge and such discharge will not be reviewable under the grievance procedure except on the question of whether such violation occurred.

If Covenant determines that Business Associate has violated any material term of this Agreement or engaged in a pattern of activity or practice that constitutes a material breach or violation of Business Associate’s obligations under this Agreement, Covenant shall have the right to terminate the Arrangement with Business Associate. To the extent this Section conflicts or is inconsistent with any provisions of the Arrangement, this Section shall control.
Termination for Violation. We reserve the right to immediately suspend the Service and/or terminate this TOS: (i) for a violation of any of our policies, including those incorporated by reference; and/or (ii) your failure to pay any amounts due. In case of significant breach of the Contract by a Party, the other can terminate this Agreement with a prior written notice to the defaulting Party, precising the nature of the breach and its intention to terminate the Agreement. If the defaulting Party has not fully resolve the breach within a delay of 30 days following the termination notice, this Contract will automatically end. Notwithstanding the above, the Customer in violation of an important provision of this Contract, including the License Restriction (Section 3), the Payment Conditions (Section 5), or Privacy Policy Restrictions (Section 6), VELOCE can immediately suspend or terminate the Customer’s rights to use the Products. Such suspension does not free the Customer of his obligations toward the respect of this Contract neither this would authorize the Customer to receive a refund for payments done in the past.
Termination for Violation. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Agreement to the contrary, if HHSC determines that Business Associate has materially breached or violated its obligations under this Addendum, and reasonable efforts to cure the breach or to end the violation are unsuccessful, HHSC shall have the right, but not the duty, to terminate this Agreement.
