Termination Costs. If a Party elects to terminate this GIA pursuant to Article 2.3 above, each Party shall pay all costs incurred for which that Party is responsible (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Interconnection Facilities, applicable upgrades, and related equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, under this GIA.
