Common use of Telephone Services Clause in Contracts

Telephone Services. a. Provided Lessee is not in default of any of the terms, covenants, conditions or provisions of this Agreement, Lessor will make available to Lessee, a telecommunications package which will consist of some combination of telephone equipment, numbers, lines, conference calling, voice mail, local, long distance and international service, and directory listing. All components of the telecommunications package including any telephone numbers used by Lessee will remain at all times the property of Lessor and Lessee will acquire no rights in the components beyond the term specified by Lessor.
