The Special Servicer shall provide the necessary information to the Master Servicer to allow the Master Servicer to comply with the Mortgagor tax reporting requirements imposed by Sections 6050H, 6050J and 6050P of the Code with respect to any Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and any REO Property. The Special Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer copies of any such reports. The Master Servicer shall forward such reports to the Certificate Administrator.
