Task Participants. Each Task shall be open to all Participants and must have at least two Contracting Parties at any given time. Each Participant shall confirm its intention to participate in a Task by informing the IEA Office of Legal Counsel in the manner requested by the IEA. Those Participants that have confirmed their participation in a specific Task are known as the Task Participants.
