Participants definition

Participants is defined in Section 12.2.1.

Participants means those financial institutions for whom the Securities Depository effects book-entry transfers and pledges of securities deposited with the Securities Depository, as such listing of Participants exists at the time of such reference.

Examples of Participants in a sentence

• Notwithstanding provisions in this Agreement, the Award shall be subject to additional terms and conditions for Participants outside the U.S. set forth in an addendum to this Agreement, including any additional terms and conditions for your country.

• For the avoidance of doubt, each Lender shall be responsible for the indemnity under Section 10.5(c) with respect to any payments made by such Lender to its Participant(s).

• The Committee will select Participants from among Employees, Consultants and Outside Directors.
