Common use of Tangible Items Clause in Contracts

Tangible Items. All files, records, documents, manuals, books, forms, -------------- reports, memoranda, studies, data, calculations, recordings, or correspondence, in whatever form they may exist, and all copies, abstracts and summaries of the foregoing, and all physical items related to the business of Company or any Benefited Person, whether of a public nature or not, and whether prepared by Executive or not, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Company or any Benefited Person, and shall not be removed from their premises, except as required in the course of Executive's employment by Company, without the prior written consent of the Company. Such items shall be promptly returned by Executive on the termination of Executive's employment with the Company or at any earlier time upon the request of the Company.

Tangible Items. All files, records, documents, manuals, books, forms, -------------- reports, memoranda, studies, data, calculations, recordings, or correspondence, in whatever form they may exist, and all copies, abstracts and summaries of the foregoing, foregoing and all physical items related to the business of Company or any Benefited Personand its Affiliates, other than merely personal items, whether of a public nature or not, and whether prepared by Executive Employee or not, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Company or any Benefited Person, and its Affiliates and shall not be removed from their premises, except as required in the course of Executive's employment by CompanyCompany or its Affiliates, without the prior written consent of Company, and the Company. Such items same shall be promptly returned by Executive Employee on the termination of Executive's Employee’s employment with the Company Company, its Affiliates or at any earlier time prior thereto upon the request of the Company.

Such items same shall be promptly returned by Executive Employee on the termination of ExecutiveEmployee's employment with the Company or at any earlier time prior thereto upon the request of the Company.

Such items items, including any copies or other reproductions thereof, shall be promptly returned by Executive on the termination of Executive's employment with to the Company or at any earlier time upon the written request of the Company and in all events upon termination of his employment (or, if requested by the Company, destroyed by Executive).

Such items ’s Chief Executive Officer or the Board, and the same shall be promptly returned by Executive on Employee upon the termination of ExecutiveEmployee's employment with the Company or at any earlier time prior thereto upon the request of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or the Board.

Such items same shall be promptly returned by Executive Employee on the termination of Executivethe Employee's employment with the Company Corporation or at any earlier time prior thereto upon the request of the CompanyCorporation.
