Common use of Survival of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 22 and 26 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1817, 19, 20 and 22 and 26 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment for any reason whatsoever.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ ' respective rights and obligations under Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 16 and 22 and 26 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment's employment for any reason whatsoever.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 22 16 and 26 18 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment for any reason whatsoever.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 1617, 18, 22 20, and 26 21, will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment with the Company.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ parties respective rights and obligations under Sections 104, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1817 and 19 hereof, 22 and 26 under any other Sections that provide a party with rights (including without limitation, rights to receive payments) that have not been fully satisfied as of such termination or expiration, will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employment's employment for any reason whatsoever.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1817, 20, 22 and 26 23 (and the terms defined therein) will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment for any reason whatsoever.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 1617, 18, 22 20, and 26 21 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment with the Company.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 22 13 and 26 20 will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment for any reason whatsoever.

Survival of Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties’ respective rights and obligations under Sections 4(c)(iv) (but only with respect to the last sentence of such clause), 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1820, 22 22, 23 and 26 25 and Exhibits A, B, C and D will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination of the Executive’s employmentemployment for any reason whatsoever.

Survival of Provisions.
