Common use of Survival of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other transaction document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under this Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other transaction document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer's ’s rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under this Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this the Agreement or any other transaction documentRelated Document, the Perfection Representations representations and warranties contained in this Schedule B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination or replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations Secured Obligations under this Agreement the Related Documents have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement the Indenture or any other transaction documentTransaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations the Issuer Obligations under this Agreement the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other transaction documentTransaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the Commitments or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under this Agreement have the Final Payout Date. No Perfection Representation will be waived by the Administrator or any Purchaser unless the Rating Agency Condition has been finally and fully paid and performedsatisfied with respect thereto.
