Common use of Survival of Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII XIV and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII Section 4.4 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are Lender is entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Lender against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders holders of Senior Indebtedness are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders holders of Senior Indebtedness against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as beforebefore except to the extent expressly provided otherwise herein or therein or limited by Applicable Law.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII 12 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect for one year after such termination and until such date shall protect the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Lender Parties are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII Section 7.3 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Lender Parties against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this ----------------------- Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII Section 12 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII XV and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII 12 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII Section 7.3 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Credit Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Credit Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before, including after the Borrowers’ acceptance of the Lenders’ commitments for the Credit Facility, notwithstanding any failure of such facility to close.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and XIV or under any other similar provision of this Agreement and the or of any other Loan Documents Document shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Survival of Indemnities. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII X and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.. Section 10.14

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII Section 13 and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent and the Lenders other Secured Parties against events arising after such termination as well as before.

Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect and shall protect the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as beforebefore except to the extent expressly provided otherwise herein or therein or limited by Applicable Law.
