Common use of Suppliers and Vendors Clause in Contracts

Suppliers and Vendors. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.24, no material supplier or vendor to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has canceled or otherwise terminated, or, to the knowledge of the Seller Group, threatened to cancel or otherwise terminate, its relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or has decreased, limited or otherwise modified, or, to the knowledge of the Seller Group, threatened to decrease, limit or otherwise modify, the services, supplies or materials it provides to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Suppliers and Vendors. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.245.24, no material supplier or vendor to ------------- the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has canceled or otherwise terminated, or, to the best knowledge of the Seller Group, threatened to cancel or otherwise terminate, its relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or has decreased, limited or otherwise modified, or, to the best knowledge of the Seller Group, threatened to decrease, limit or otherwise modify, the services, supplies or materials it provides to the Company or any of its SubsidiariesCompany.
