Supplemental Contracts. A. Supplemental duties shall be defined as those duties which are performed during time in excess of the work day, work week, work year, or in addition to the employee’s regular duties. Employees performing supplemental duties shall be issued written, individual, limited contracts that include:
Supplemental Contracts. 29.01 Limited contracts of employment shall be issued for a term of not more than one year to all support teachers performing assigned supplemental duties in addition to regular duties. Such contracts shall set forth the nature of the supplemental duty or duties to be performed and the compensation to be paid and shall be signed by the support teacher and the appropriate Board officer.
Supplemental Contracts. An Employee may enter into a supplemental contract covering duties in addition to those covered by his individual contract. Supplemental contracts shall be governed by the following:
Supplemental Contracts. Compensation for duties performed pursuant to a supplemental contract shall be paid as set forth in the supplemental contract between the Employee and the College. Employees performing the same or similar duties pursuant to a supplemental contract shall be paid at the same or similar rates of compensation. Faculty Liaisons (by whatever title), who are without supervisory responsibilities, will be selected by the College after two weeks' posting and will be paid four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per year or ten percent (10%) of their base salary whichever is more and will teach no more than forty-eight (48) units per semester academic year, unless approved by the CAO.
Supplemental Contracts. All bargaining unit members assigned additional responsibilities or extended time and granted additional compensation for such responsibilities shall be given a written contract that is in addition to their regular contract, in keeping with the Ohio Revised Code. Such supplemental contracts shall include the following information:
Supplemental Contracts. Retired teachers who are employed by the Board shall be eligible for supplemental contracts but will have no seniority rights for said contracts.
Supplemental Contracts. Supplemental pay for bargaining unit members will be in accord with the University’s policy for Supplemental Pay for Staff (University Guidebook Number 7023.01). Copies of supplemental contracts shall be made available to the President of the bargaining unit.

Supplemental Contracts. 9 There shall be a supplemental contract for specified co-curricular and special assignments 10 requiring a Washington State teaching certificate, which shall not exceed one (1) year and 11 shall be in accordance with statutory provisions. 12
Supplemental Contracts. 1. Supplemental contracts with employees who are represented by the Association will be in accordance with the statutory provisions, will identify the parties, the purpose of the contract or the assignment, and the rate of compensation. Supplemental contracts will be consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If any supplemental contract is inconsistent with or in conflict with the terms and conditions of this agreement, the terms and conditions of this agreement will be controlling during the term of this agreement.
