SUPER BUILT UP AREA according to the context shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the built up area of the Said Unit and proportionate share of other areas including area for common purpose and mandatory open space in the said building but shall not include Car Parking Space.

SUPER BUILT UP AREA. Super Built Up area has been calculated by including in measurement the thickness of the outer walls, balcony and proportionate share of the common areas including utilities areas.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA will be the total covered area of the respective flat and including the right in common parts and common portions like entrance lobby and upper floor lobbies, stair-cases, landings, stair covers, club, lift machine rooms, servants / common toilet, electrical rooms, CC TV Room and overhead tank, overhead fire tank, STP, underground tank, rain water harvesting tank, garbage room/vat, pump room, security room, fire tank, sump and common roof etc.

SUPER BUILT UP AREA. The Super Built-Up Area of the Unit mentioned in Part-I of Schedule-B is its Built-Up Area together with proportionate areas occupied by the Common Portions mentioned in Schedule-C.

SUPER BUILT UP AREA with reference to any Flat or Unit or any other space shall mean the carpet area of the same as increased by the proportionate share of various common parts, portions, areas provided that the super built up area will be determined only for the purpose of collecting the common area maintenance charges and no other.
