Common use of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

Sums Due. In the event of the expiration or a termination of this Agreement, Service Provider shall be entitled to the immediate payment of, and each Service Recipient shall, within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of a final invoice from Service Provider, pay to Service Provider, all accrued Fees, Taxes and other amounts due under this Agreement as of the date of expiration or termination. Payments not made within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of a final invoice from Service Provider following expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be subject to the late charges as provided in Section 2.02.
