Common use of Sums Due Clause in Contracts

Sums Due. In the event of a termination of this Agreement, Seller shall be entitled to all outstanding amounts due from Buyer for the provision of Services rendered prior to the date of termination.

Sums Due. In the event of a termination of this AgreementAgreement in its entirety, Seller shall be entitled to all outstanding amounts due from Buyer Xxxxxx for the provision of Services rendered prior to the date of termination. In the event of a termination of this Agreement with respect to a particular Service, Seller shall be entitled to all outstanding amounts due from Xxxxxx for the provision of such particular Service that was rendered prior to the date of termination.
