Common use of Subprocessors Clause in Contracts

Subprocessors. Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service AgreementAgreement and have access to Student Data, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent materially similar or better than as provided pursuant to the terms of this DPA.

To the extent the Provider collects or handles any Student Data, Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data (if any) in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions that involve the Subprocessor storing, accessing or otherwise dealing with Student Data that contains personally identifiable information as defined in Exhibit C for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

Provider shall enter into written agreements agreementshave applicable terms and conditions with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than thanmaterially consistent with the terms of this DPA.

Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions that involve the Subprocessor accessing Student Data that contains personally identifiable information for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider who have access to Student Data in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the applicable Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than consistent with the terms of this DPA.. Article V, 2

Provider shall enter into written agreements agreements, including, but not limited to, terms of service, with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than consistent with the terms of this DPA.

XXX provides Provider a general authorization to engage Subprocessors, in accordance with GDPR Art 28(2). Provider shall remain fully liable to the controller for the performance of other processors obligations.

To the extent Provider uses Subprocessors to perform the Service and such Subprocessors processes or has access to Student Data, Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreementthis DPA, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than consistent with the terms of this DPA.
