SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING. RESIDENT agrees not to assign or sublet the premises or advertise to do so without first obtaining written permission from the OWNER. RESIDENT agrees to not assign, sublet, or transfer the unit or to advertise the unit by word of mouth, short- term rental website posting, or by any other means; any such violation will be considered a non-curable breach of this agreement, if without the OWNER'S prior written consent. The unit listed above is for use SOLELY AS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE.
