SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING. TENANT agrees not to assign or sublet the premises or any part thereof, without first obtaining written permission from LANDLORD.
SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING. RESIDENT agrees not to assign or sublet the premises or advertise to do so without first obtaining written permission from the OWNER. RESIDENT agrees to not assign, sublet, or transfer the unit or to advertise the unit by word of mouth, short- term rental website posting, or by any other means; any such violation will be considered a non-curable breach of this agreement, if without the OWNER'S prior written consent. The unit listed above is for use SOLELY AS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE.

Regarding subletting, the Lessee shall at all times remain primarily liable for the obligations of this Lease and no sublease rent shall exceed Lessee’s rent herein. The Lessor may assign this Lease without the consent of Lessee, provided, however, that any such assignment shall be made expressly subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement.
SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING. TENANT shall not sublet Tenant's Dwelling Unit and/or stall(s), or assign this Rental Agreement to another without the prior consent of LANDLORD whose consent may be withheld for any reason.
