Common use of SUBJECT Clause in Contracts

SUBJECT. 1. The subject of this Agreement is the funding, for a maximum of <sum in figures and currency> (<sum written in letters and currency> ), by the Council of Europe as payment for the expenses to be met for implementation of <title of the Action> (hereinafter referred to as “the Action”) as described in APPENDIX I to the present Agreement.

The subject of this Agreement is the funding, for a maximum of <sum in figures and currency> (<sum written in letters and currency> ), by the Council of Europe as payment for the expenses to be met for implementation of <title Relating language curricula, tests and examinations to the Common European Framework of the Action> Reference (RELANG) (hereinafter referred to as “the Action”) as described in APPENDIX I to the present Agreement.
