Common use of Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

AlternativelyIf subcontractors are insured under their own policies, prior they shall be subject to utilizing any subcontractor, Contractor shall cause any such subcontractor to provide insurance that complies with all applicable requirements of the insurance set forth herein and shall furnish separate Certificates of Insurance and endorsements for each subcontractor. Each subcontractor must comply fully with all insurance requirements stated herein, including providing the Commission/County certificates of insurance and endorsements before beginning work under this contract.
