Subcontract Management. The Contractor shall be responsible for any subcontract management necessary to integrate work performed under the BPA and shall be responsible and accountable for subcontractor performance on this requirement. The prime Contractor will manage work distribution to ensure there are no Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) considerations. For individual orders, Contractors may utilize subcontractors after notification to the Ordering Contracting Officer or authorized Contracting Officer Representative. The Contractor shall ensure that all requirements of the BPA and TO are flowed down to all subcontracts (including all subcontractors’ subcontractors, at all levels).
