Sub-Account Expenses. Fees and expenses are also charged on the underlying investment options, called sub-accounts, either a variable annuity or buffered annu- ity. The fees and expenses of the sub-accounts include annual operating expenses, such as management fees, 12b-1 (distribution) fees, cost of shareholder mailings, and other expenses. Sub-account expenses are charged as a percentage of the account value annually and can range from no charge (typically for money market sub-accounts) to as much as 2% per sub-account selected.

  • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.

  • Transfer Expenses A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move.
