Money Market. You are permitted to make up to 6 transfers or withdrawals per calendar month (or statement cycle of at least 4 weeks). These 6 transfers or withdrawals may be by any combination of 6 checks, point-of-sale transactions with an ATM or debit card, or drafts or orders payable to a third party, telephone, facsimile, online banking transfers or payments, Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) debits or payments, overdraft protection transfers, or preauthorized or automatic payments or transfers to a third party or another account. Withdrawals or transfers in person at the Bank, by mail, messenger, at an ATM, or by preauthorized or automatic payment of your loans to the Bank are not included in these limits. A fee will be charged for each transfer or withdrawal beyond these limits during any statement cycle. We use the date a transaction is posted to your account (and not the date the transaction is authorized) in calculating these limits. If you repeatedly exceed these limits, we will, in our sole discretion, restrict access to your Money Market account, close your Money Market account, or transfer your funds into another account that you are eligible to maintain, as will be further described in the notice that we will send you concerning excessive transaction activity.
Money Market. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals or transfers you may make in person, by mail, by ATM with a PIN, or by messenger; however, you may not make more than six transfers and withdrawals, or a combination of such transfers and withdrawals, may be made per statement cycle, by means of a check, preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephonic (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction. A fee will be charged for each withdrawal beyond these limits during any statement cycle. Refer to the Schedule of Service Charges for fee information. Examples of automatic or pre-authorized transfers or withdrawals include telephone transfers, pre-authorized third-party payments, and pre-authorized transfers to another account (except in payment of Alpine loans). Alpine uses the date a transaction is posted to your account (and not the date the transaction is authorized) in calculating the above limits.

A type of mutual fund that invests solely in money market instruments, such as: U.S. Treasury bills, commercial paper, bankers' acceptances, and repurchase agreements. Money market mutual funds are registered with the SEC under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and are subject torule 2a-7” which significantly limits average maturity and credit quality of holdings. MMF’s are managed to maintain a stable net asset value (NAV) of $1.00. Many MMFs carry ratings by a NRSRO. Xxxxx'x Investors Service. One of several NRSROs that provide credit ratings on corporate and municipal debt issues. Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). Mortgage-backed securities represent an ownership interest in a pool of mortgage loans made by financial institutions, such as savings and loans, commercial banks, or mortgage companies, to finance the borrower's purchase of a home or other real estate. The majority of MBS are issued and/or guaranteed by GNMA, FNMA, and FHLMC. There are a variety of MBS structures with varying levels of risk and complexity. All MBS have reinvestment risk as actual principal and interest payments are dependent on the payment of the underlying mortgages which can be prepaid by mortgage holders to refinance and lower rates or simply because the underlying property was sold. Mortgage Pass-Through Securities. A pool of residential mortgage loans with the monthly interest and principal distributed to investors on a pro-rata basis. The largest issuer is GNMA. Municipal Note/Bond. A debt instrument issued by a state or local government unit or public agency. The vast majority of municipals are exempt from state and federal income tax, although some non-qualified issues are taxable. Mutual Fund. Portfolio of securities professionally managed by a registered investment company that issues shares to investors. Many different types of mutual funds exist (e.g., bond, equity, and money market funds); all except money market funds operate on a variable net asset value (NAV). Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (Negotiable CD). Large denomination CDs ($100,000 and larger) that are issued in bearer form and can be traded in the secondary market. Net Asset Value.   • Deposits There will be two types of Deposits: Full and Differential. For both types, the universe of Registry objects to be considered for data escrow are those objects necessary in order to offer all of the approved Registry Services.

  • Investment Accounts Schedule 2 sets forth under the headings “Securities Accounts” and “Commodity Accounts”, respectively, all of the Securities Accounts and Commodity Accounts in which such Grantor has an interest. Except as disclosed to the Administrative Agent, such Grantor is the sole entitlement holder of each such Securities Account and Commodity Account, and such Grantor has not consented to, and is not otherwise aware of, any Person (other than the Administrative Agent) having “control” (within the meanings of Sections 8-106 and 9-106 of the UCC) over, or any other interest in, any such Securities Account or Commodity Account or any securities or other property credited thereto;

  • Investment Account The Manager shall maintain an investment account or accounts in the Manager’s name (the “Account”) on behalf of the Principal, any other participating insurer affiliated with the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company, an insurance subsidiary or affiliate of the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company or a pension plan or profit-sharing plan of the Principal, its insurance subsidiaries or affiliates, (collectively, the “Participants”), and shall hold therein all debt obligations, accounts or deposits permitted by the New Hampshire Insurance Code as more fully described on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time, and attached hereto and incorporated herein (collectively, “Investments”), deposited in or purchased or otherwise acquired for and on behalf of the Principal and the Participants from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All Investments in the Account shall be Short-Term Obligations.
