Student Complaint. In response to student complaints that lead to consideration of faculty discipline, including sexual, gender, and racial harassment, the University shall advise the student (and parents, if the student is a minor) only to the extent required by applicable law.

Student Complaint. Department Chairpersons will act as intermediaries for student complaints related to Employees and shall consult the Student Handbook to determine the appropriate procedure, based on the nature of the complaint. If the Department Chairperson is unable to resolve a complaint, the Department Chairperson will refer the matter to the Chief Academic Officer. If the Department Chairperson is the accused, the student will address the matter with another Department Chairperson.

  • Client Complaints The Operator and AHS shall promptly inform the other party of any material complaints, concerns or grievances made to or against the Operator with respect to the Services. The Operator acknowledges that AHS is required to establish and maintain a patient concerns resolution process in accordance with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process Regulation (AR 124/2006) and that AHS has been advised by the Office of the Alberta Ombudsman that all contracted service providers are also required to have a patient concerns resolution process in place. The Operator shall comply with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process in Schedule “D”, Appendix 5.

The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.
