Client Complaints The Operator and AHS shall promptly inform the other party of any material complaints, concerns or grievances made to or against the Operator with respect to the Services. The Operator acknowledges that AHS is required to establish and maintain a patient concerns resolution process in accordance with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process Regulation (AR 124/2006) and that AHS has been advised by the Office of the Alberta Ombudsman that all contracted service providers are also required to have a patient concerns resolution process in place. The Operator shall comply with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process in Schedule “D”, Appendix 5.
Complaint To commence a proceeding, the complaining party (or parties) shall provide by certified mail, return receipt requested, a written Complaint to the BCBSA Corporate Secretary (which shall also constitute service on BCBSA if it is a respondent) and to any Plan(s) and/or Controlled Affiliate(s) named therein. Independent Contractor Relationship SELLER is an independent contractor in all its operations and activities hereunder. The employees used by SELLER to perform Work under this Contract shall be SELLER's employees exclusively without any relation whatsoever to LOCKHEED XXXXXX.

Independent Contractor Status The Sub-Adviser shall for all purposes hereof be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall, unless otherwise provided or authorized, have no authority to act for or represent the Trust or the Advisers in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Fund or the Advisers.
Disciplinary Investigations An employee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation shall be informed in writing when the investigation is complete and of the determination of the investigation.

Investigation of Grievances The investigation of grievances shall not interfere with the orderly process of education in District 281.
Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract.
