In view of the orderly procedure for settling grievances, the Company agrees that it will not cause or direct any lockout of its employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strike or other collective action which will stop, curtail or interfere with work or production. The Board agrees that it shall not cause or direct any lockout of its Employees during the term of this Agreement. The Employer expects that all Employees in the bargaining unit will honour their contract at all times, However, the Employer does not expect an Employee to risk physical harm in the case of a conflict involving other parties. An Employee who chooses to respect a lawful picket of another Union on any of the employer's premises shall not be entitled to be paid for failure to attend at work.
