Stipend Amount. Employees who meet the above criteria will be granted a one-time E.R.I.S. of $5,000. The payment of this stipend will be paid in two equal installments of $2,500 each during the first week of January for the two years subsequent to separation.

Stipend Amount. The amount of a stipend paid to a department head or representative shall, generally, reflect the number of faculty members represented.

Stipend Amount. The amount of the same-sex domestic partner health care stipend shall be the lesser of: (1) the difference between the university’s contribution for “individual only” coverage in the plan selected by the employee and the university contribution for “family” coverage for that plan, or, (2) if the domestic partner has individual health insurance coverage, the actual cost of the domestic partner’s coverage. The stipend shall be adjusted when changes are made in the employee’s coverage selection or to the amount of university contribution to the employee’s coverage selection. The stipend shall be paid to a participating, eligible employee on a bi-weekly basis, adjusted for the term of the employee’s contract. The stipend will be funded solely through the UCF Foundation without use of public funds.

  • Reimbursement Amount Except for the metropolitan areas listed below, the maximum reimbursement for meals including tax and gratuity, shall be: Breakfast $ 9.00 Lunch $11.00 Dinner $16.00 For the following metropolitan areas the maximum reimbursement shall be: Breakfast $11.00 Lunch $13.00 Dinner $20.00 The metropolitan areas are: Atlanta Boston Cleveland Denver Hartford Kansas City Miami New York City Portland, OR San Francisco St. Louis Baltimore Chicago Dallas/Fort Worth Detroit Houston Los Angeles New Orleans Philadelphia San Diego Seattle Washington D.C. See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.

  • Average Contribution Amount For purposes of this Agreement, to ensure that all employees enrolled in health insurance through the City’s HSS are making premium contributions under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model, and therefore have a stake in controlling the long term growth in health insurance costs, it is agreed that, to the extent the City's health insurance premium contribution under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model is less than the “average contribution,” as established under Charter section A8.428(b), then, in addition to the City’s contribution, payments toward the balance of the health insurance premium under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model shall be deemed to apply to the annual “average contribution.” The parties intend that the City’s contribution toward employee health insurance premiums will not exceed the amount established under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model.

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

  • E-PAYMENT Contractor agrees to accept all payments in United States currency via the State of Mississippi’s electronic payment and remittance vehicle. The agency agrees to make payment in accordance with Mississippi law on “Timely Payments for Purchases by Public Bodies,” which generally provides for payment of undisputed amounts by the agency within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice. Mississippi Code Annotated § 31-7-301 et seq.

You shall be entitled to receive during any month such interim payments of your fee hereunder as you shall request, provided that no such payment shall exceed 75 percent of the amount of your fee then accrued on the books of the Fund and unpaid.

  • Returned Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Returned Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when a payment is returned for any reason.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
