Each Other Investor that is a natural person represents and warrants that it is a resident of the state set forth on such Other Investor’s signature page hereto or across such Other Investor’s name on Schedule I hereto, as the case may be. In the event an Other Investor changes its state of residence, such Other Investor shall promptly inform the Company of its new state of residence.
