Common use of STATE EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

STATE EMPLOYEES. The Contractor may not contract with or employ a State employee or an individual retained as a full-time contractor by the State during the term of this Contract.

STATE EMPLOYEES. The Contractor may not improperly contract with or employ a State employee or an individual retained as a full-time contractor by the State during the term of this Contract.

STATE EMPLOYEES. The Contractor may not contract with or employ a State employee or an individual retained as a full-time contractor by the State during the term of this ContractContract except with the State’s prior written approval.

STATE EMPLOYEES. The Contractor may not contract with or employ a State employee or an individual retained as a full-time contractor by the State during the term of this Contract, to the extent that such State employee or full-time contractor had direct contact with Contractor Key personnel performing Services under this Agreement. The foregoing shall not restrict the Contractor from contracting with or employing a State employee or full- time contractor of the State through a general solicitation or other employment search not involving Contractor Key Personnel.
