CCS shall provide the name, contact information and copies of all credentials and licenses for any staff member who works at the Jail to the ACSO Contract Administrator. The Health Services Administrator (HSA) shall also maintain a copy of all CCS staff credentials and licenses on-site at the Jail. CCS employees shall be required to attend and/or participate in necessary training through ACSO’s document management system (PowerDMS) consistent with ACA/NCCHC. CCS shall also ensure that all healthcare professionals participate annually in continuing education required by state or federal law and/or appropriate for their positions and accreditation standards. CCS shall provide documentation of such continuing education to the ACSO Contract Administrator and the HSA shall maintain copies on-site.

Other proposed licensed directors must have at least 5 years’ state or county based senior leadership experience overseeing such a program. The Behavioral Health Director for each facility shall hold a Master’s Degree and be licensed in Delaware. The Behavioral Health Director will be responsible for overseeing mental health Services and substance use programming, therefore it is required that the Director is cross-trained in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and is able to provide evidence of acquired skills (i.e. licensed/credentialed substance use professional overseeing substance use programming).
Staffing Qualifications. It is understood and agreed that where a specific academic degree has been recognized as an adequate standard in relation to a specific position or position level, that such academic degree or will continue to maintain said qualifying status notwithstandingthe future introduction of higher qualification standards with respect to the (said) position or position levels. It is further and agreed that the said recognition of any specific academic degrees or qualifications shall be limited to those academic degrees or qualifications that have been recognized as of, but not beyond, the date on which qualifications have been established. It is further understood and agreed that the said recognition that is in effect as of this date, is limited to the academic degrees and and not to any individual who presently maintains such an academic degree or qualification. This document highlights State and industry standards and regulations related to protecting, keeping, and handling confidential California EBT Data. • Reports Specification (Appendix K). This document identifies each Report required per the Contract, and serves as the central repository for the process of creating and managing Reports. • Schedule Management Plan (Appendix D). This document provides the framework for developing and managing an effective Project Schedule to accomplish the goals, objectives, and timelines for Food and Cash EBT Transition Services and for eWIC EBT Implementation Services.
