Staff Augmentation. If requested provide full time specialized staff to be located at the Commission’s facilities for the purpose of augmenting the Commission’s Engineering staff engaged in managing and administering Capital Projects as well as efforts related to specific task order assignments. Staff augmentation assignments, if requested shall have a minimum duration of three (3) months.

Contractor must adhere to the resulting salary ranges from RFP 21-67147. Contractor must have a process in place to recommend new titles, descriptions, and salary range updates for the State’s consideration. Staff Augmentation. The Professional and its subconsultant shall provide project management staff to NBU to augment existing NBU staff in the delivery of the W/WW CIP. The primary purpose of the Professional’s staff augmentation is to assist in managing/leading NBU’s W/WW CIP. Within the allotted staff augmentation hours, the Professional shall also assist NBU directly in managing capital projects. The Professional’s assumed level of staff augmentation and duties are described herein.
Staff Augmentation. Where a SALES ORDER predominantly provides for human resources as opposed to the deployment of Osprey’s Physical Systems Intelligence Platform, fees shall be on a time and materials basis as specified in the SALES ORDER. Osprey will submit invoices to Customer every month for Services delivered.
Staff Augmentation. 17.6.1 Neither Company nor its SubCompanies will: (1) assign either (a) any Company Personnel to perform Staff Augmentation Work for the Buyer Parties, or (b) any Retiree to perform any Work for the Buyer Parties, for a total period of time (including time under this Master Agreement or any other agreement or through Company, its SubCompanies or any other third party employer and without regard to hours worked), in excess of 1 year, unless Buyer grants a written exception for such Company Personnel to the time limit; or (2) report income for any of its Company Personnel performing Staff Augmentation work to the Buyeror to the IRS on Form 1099; or (3) allow any Company Personnel to commence Work for the Buyer until an executed Third Party Personnel Acknowledgement (as defined below) has been received by Company.
Staff Augmentation. Professional Services may include staff augmentation services, which will involve the provision of personnel who will be under the full direction and control of Customer. Unless otherwise provided in a Contract, such personnel will be provided during normal working hours as set out in clause 6 of this Part 2.
