Solutions. 46.1. The Contractor will work with Framework Public Bodies to identify and propose solutions which will provide the best fit and value for the Framework Public Body’s print environment.

Solutions. 7.1. The terms of this Schedule 2 shall apply to your subscription of your Solution. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of this Schedule 2 are intended to supplement and be read in conjunction with the rest of your Agreement. The Solutions are provided on a subscription basis for a set term designated on the Order Form (each, a “Subscription Term”) for the one-time costs and subscription fees set forth therein (the “Fees”). Customer may access and use the Solutions, and any Documentation associated therewith, solely for its own internal business purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such associated Documentation, any scope of use restrictions and license counts designated in the applicable Order Form, and the Solutions Terms found at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/terms/solutionsterms/, as may be updated from time to time by Arctic Wolf (the “Solutions Terms”). “Documentation” means user manuals, training materials, product descriptions and specifications, and other printed information relating to the Solution, as in effect and generally available from Arctic Wolf, but expressly excluding marketing and sales collateral and materials. Solutions. Where identified in the Ordering Document, Quinyx shall provide the Solutions in accordance with the Agreement, including any Statement of Work and in accordance with Good Industry Practice. Quinyx shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any stipulated performance dates and apply such time, attention, resources, trained personnel and skills as it deems necessary for the due and proper performance of the relevant obligation. Quinyx will provide the Solutions to the Customer pursuant to its standard policies and procedures, including relevant third party warranties in effect from time to time.
