Software Version installation Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Professional Services in relation to the Software (e. g. installation, configuration, application, integration, update), will be provided for the most current version of the Software. Customer is committed to the fulfilment and maintenance of the System Requirements as set out in the XXXX for the respective Software. In case that the installation and/or update of the Software is not part of the Professional Services, Customer shall ensure that it has the respective Software installed and updated to the then-current version on its computers (desktop PC or notebook) or mobile devices (e.g. iOS, Android) for the duration of the Professional Services. Consequences of non-compliance If Customer fails to meet its obligations under this section D.3, Customer shall bear all the associated risks and losses. If TeamViewer is unable to perform the Professional Services on time or properly for reasons for which the Customer is responsible (e. g. as a result of incorrect, incomplete or delayed provision of services or materials), TeamViewer shall not be liable for any delays as a result thereof and shall be entitled to charge the resulting additional expenses and costs at its applicable rates. Failure of Third- Party Service Recipient Should the Professional Services be carried out with a Third-Party Service Recipient pursuant to section D.1.5, Customer shall ensure that the Third-Party Service Recipient fulfils the requirements and duties set out herein above. Failure of Third- Party Service Recipient in compliance therewith shall be deemed as Customer´s own failure.
Software Version. A software version is a separate (new) software product which contains significantly more code and/or function than its earlier version. A software version has its own name, product number, terms and conditions and price.

Hardware Version The hardware version is a read-only field that is automatically updated to show the current version of hardware. This field is used by New Rock support person to aid in troubleshooting. DSP Version The DSP version field is read-only and is updated automatically to show the current version of DSP software. RTP Port Min and Max The RTP Port Min and RTP Port Max settings define a range of available RTP ports to be used for voice traffic. The default settings are 10000 (min) and 10250. Since a VoIP call uses two RTP ports (one for RTP and the other for RTCP), one T1/E1 supports 23/30 simultaneous voice calls, and up to four T1/E1 ports are supported, the MX100-TG requires 184/240 RTP ports.

Software Version. Maintenance and Support will only be provided for the most current version of the Licensed Software and the version of the Licensed Software released immediately prior to such current version. Maintenance and Support for the Licensed Software prior to the current version will be for a period up to one (1) year from the release date of the current version.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions.
