Site License. We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
Site License. If the PARTNER carries out any of the Work on SCHOOL DISTRICT premises, SCHOOL DISTRICT grants PARTNER a limited, revocable license to use SCHOOL DISTRICT Program Site(s) as required in order to provide the Work. PARTNER shall follow all rules and regulations that apply to its use of the Program Site(s).
Site License. A Site License grants you the right to install and use the Product, or an application which can access the Product, in any Server at a single Site and on any device (wherein the device can be a Client Device, a Non-Human Operated Device or a Process) operated by users who share the same principal place of business as the Site location, regardless of whether the Product, or an application which can access the Product is used in a virtualized and/or non-virtualized environment.
Site License. If the Software has been licensed on a Site License basis, then the following additional terms and conditions shall apply:

If you purchase a SITE license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, then the XXXX extends to include all software developers within the purchasing organization and located at the same business address or who from time to time telecommute from home or other locations external to the business address.

Site License a Site License allows an unlimited number of Users primarily located, based or detached at a single physical site or office of your Organization (or business unit) to install and use the Software on an unlimited number of Computers located at or remotely linked to such site or office.
Site License. Site License" shall mean the release of the Program by GACACA to Customer for use in a single K-12 school or higher education institution during the life of the exact DVD delivered by GACACA to Customer.
