Education License. If You are an educational or academic institution and are receiving a dis- count from Parasoft, You may use the Software solely for education or academic purposes and You may not use the Software for any commercial purpose. Parasoft may require that You pro- vide proof of your status as an educational or academic institution.
Education License. If the Licensee is licensing the Software for edu- cational purposes, the use of the Software is only permitted in a non- production environment. Notwithstanding any other provision in this XXXX, an Education License of the Software is provided without in- demnification, warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
Education License. Under the terms of an Education License, the Software may only be used by a student or a faculty/staff member for educational purposes while actively studying or teaching at an educational institution and for no other purpose. An Educational License may not be shared or used at the same time on different devices.
Education License. The Education License corresponds to a Site License and permits the licensing of any number of users for the training company at the location of the training facility. The Education License will automatically expire after 400 calendar days and is not renewable. The Education License may not be used commercially in accordance with point 3.b). The Education License includes the right to receive upgrades as well as telephone support for the functions of the software.
Education License. In addition to the terms contained in this Part 5, Education License, the General Terms set forth in Part 1 shall apply. The following terms shall have the following meanings for the purpose of this Education License only: Educational Institution a university, college, school or other educational institution that has been accredited as such by an applicable governmental authority. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Blue Prism, a for-profit training organisation that operates courses the principal purpose of which is training in the use of the Software is not an Educational Institution for these purposes. Blue Prism reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether an organisation qualifies as an Educational Institution for the purposes of this Agreement Educational Purposes purposes directly related to learning, teaching, training, research and development carried on by the Educational Institution
Education License. If You are an educational or academic institution and are receiving a discount from Parasoft, You may use the Software solely for education or academic purposes and You may not use the Software for any commercial purpose. Subject to You complying with the conditions in clause 6 and paying the applicable license fees in accordance with clause 10, ESL will issue You with a product serial key (Product Key) and grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (excluding any right of sub-license) to use the Software:

If You are a training organization approved by Company, then subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license, for ninety (90) days, to (i) distribute the Licensed Materials to students in and for the classroom setting only; and (ii) use the Licensed Materials for classroom training purposes only. Upon completion of the class, the student’s right to use the Licensed Materials shall immediately terminate, and any student wishing to use the Licensed Materials must purchase a license. You may not use the Licensed Materials to secure your or any third party’s network, or in any other way except for classroom training. Company may terminate this license, in its sole discretion, at any time.
