Single Award. The U. S. Government anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, completion-type contract as a result of this solicitation. The Agency reserves the right to award more awards than the anticipated number of contracts stated above.

  • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.
